I'm Prasad Vaidya, a technical architect. I've spent my career designing software systems across product and engineering teams: SaaS platforms, backend services, and lately AI product architecture.

The part of the work I care most about is keeping systems understandable. I prefer simple designs that scale through clarity, chosen against real business constraints rather than fashion. In practice that means writing down context, making trade-offs visible, and building feedback loops so teams can move without surprises.

Current interests: AI-enabled products, developer productivity, personal knowledge systems, and the road from technical leadership to independent product building.

Outside software I'm midway through a long health transformation, learning jazz guitar, and curious about filmmaking. The common thread is that I treat all of it as systems: small experiments, honest measurement, patience.
